This photograph of a dye stained rose is one of my favourites I found for colour as I love the way the centre of the picture is the middle of the rose and the petals fold out from the middle of the photograph to create a swirl of colour.
I love this photo for the same reason as the first image, the umbrella forms the central point of the image and gives the swirl of colour out from the middle. The colours stand out on the grey back ground of the image and make the colours contrast with the background and they are brighter.
I like this image because I like the way the models hair is one of the only bursts of colour on the image. I like the way the photographer has centralized the woman to emphasize the colorfulness of her hair.
I like this photo because I love the way the colours merge together as a sea. The photo has been taken from above and looks almost like a sea of colour.
I love the way the photographer has used the idea of leading lines in the composition of this photograph, the line goes down the side of the bottle into the puddle of nail varnish. The other part of the photograph that I like is the way the photo cuts out some of the puddle of nail varnish.
The stand out point of the sunset behind the field draws the eye of the viewer along the light beams through the field to the direct sun, the colour of the flowers in contrast to the blue sky seem shocking with such deep tones. The photo is composed so that you look at the flowers on your way to looking into the sun light.
